Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo single-blind peer review (the reviewers' identities are concealed from the authors). Manuscripts are first assessed by the editors for scope and compliance, then evaluated by independent expert reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on the scientific quality, originality and relevance of the work, and are final.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The journal follows the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All authors must have made substantial contributions and given explicit consent to submit; the corresponding author ensures that all listed authors have approved the manuscript, including the names and order of authors, and manages all communication with the journal. All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could bias their work, and editorial board members exclude themselves from handling manuscripts where a conflict exists. Submissions are screened with plagiarism-detection software; cases of suspected misconduct are handled according to COPE guidelines and may lead to correction or retraction. Authors are encouraged to archive supporting data in an appropriate public repository and to include data-availability statements.

Open Access Policy
